After 20 years as an independent CIC, Hexham Book Festival is entering an exciting new chapter.
Founders Susie Troup and Gil Pugh have handed over the baton to Queen’s Hall Arts, the venue which has hosted and played an integral role in the festival’s success over the last two decades.
Hexham Book Festival will return for 2027 unchanged – with just as many amazing authors, journalists, historians, comedians and commentators as you’ve become used to – and you’re invited to be part of it.
Make a note in your diary: Friday 23 April – Sunday 2 May 2027.
This website will shortly close.
For all future festival news and programme information please see the Queen’s Hall website where you can also sign up for news updates.
